Super creamy chicken and corn soup


How to please your taste buds without spending more than 35 mins. As usual the reciepe does not state any measurements, as this should be adjusted according to your own taste!

1. Chop chicken breast fillet into cubes and fry in butter in a pot
2. Peel carrots and sweet potatoes (I used Seamus to peel 4 small carrots and 1 sweet potatoe) and chop into cubes
3. Put some water in the pot and add a chicken stock cube, plus salt, pepper, garlic salt and some herbs
4. Take half a can (not the baby small ones) of sweet corn and mix in the blender with some milk, then put in the pot.
5. Add 2-3 dl of cream to the pot, and the rest of the corn (not mixed)
6. Add carrots and sweet potatoe and let simmer for 10-15 minutes
7. Taste many times and add whatever flavours you're missing (in this case it is probably salt, since all the ingredients are pretty sweet)
8. Enjoy, and invite someone else enjoy as well!
