The Meatzza experiment turned out to be a great success! Very filling and very low carb :) And Seamus liked it as well! This is how I did it:
1. Mix minced pork and beef with salt, pepper and any spices of your liking ( I used oregano and basil as well)
2. Put in an oven tray as if you were making a pie
.
3. Bake in the oven for 10 mins approx (200´)
4. Fill with topping of your choice (I used tomato sauce, ham, onions, peppers, olives and cheese)
5. Grill in the oven for 15-20 minutes
6.Yum!!
